A quarter of our population lives from the sea; in the ports of Arou, Camelle, Santa Mariña and Camariñas, one of the most important in the province, women and men provide the most demanding kitchens with exquisite delicacies: octopus, sardines, clams, razor clams, barnacles, sea urchins, seaweed, cockles, mackerels and other delicious species.
